Dear European External Action Service,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

1) A list of meetings of EEAS and/or representatives concerning the development and drafting of the revised EU Guidelines on the Promotion and Protection of the Rights of the Child.
2) Agenda, Minutes and other reports of these meetings;
3) All correspondence (including e-mails) between EEAS officials and/or representatives (including the High Representative and the Cabinet) and other European institutions concerning the drafting of the revised EU Guidelines on the Promotion and Protection of the Rights of the Child .
4) All correspondence (including e-mails) between EEAS officials and/or representatives (including the High Representative and the Cabinet) and NGO's (including Unicef) and other third parties concerning the drafting of the revised EU Guidelines on the Promotion and Protection of the Rights of the Child .
