above-mentioned reference number.

 

Please note that due to the internal consultations we have had to conduct,
your request is still being handled. In that respect, I regret to inform
you that we will not be able to provide you with a reply within the
initial time limit of 15 working days, which was supposed to expire on 15
November 2016.

 

Therefore, given that we need additional time for the follow-up of your
request, we must extend the deadline by 15 additional working days, in
accordance with Article 7(3) of Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 regarding
public access to documents.

 

The new deadline therefore expires on 6 December 2016.

 

We apologise for this delay and for any inconvenience this may cause.
