Dear European External Action Service,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

I would like to access to a list of all the sanctions imposed by the EU to citizens and companies for environmental crimes. I would like that every register include at least: name of the company or citizen who recibes the sanction, country where the crime is committed, amount of the sanction and crime committed.

If possible, I would like to receive the information in an accesible format, as Excel

Yours faithfully,
Víctor Martínez

Dear Mr. Martinez,

Since there is no sanctions program in place targeting environmental
crimes, we must kindly ask you for a clarification:

Did you mean fines imposed in the EU for environmental crime/damages? (If
so, your question should rather be sent to DG ENV, which is a part of the
European Commission). Or maybe you meant administrative measures imposed
by the Council?

Could you please clarify, in order for us to better understand which exact
documents you wish to obtain from the EEAS.

Thank you and best wishes for the New Year.

Yours sincerely,

EEAS ACCESS TO DOCUMENTS
