sanctions that the European Union can impose on the judicial prevarication in a member country

Unidad de Cooperación Judicial de la Unión Europea no tenía la información solicitada.

Dear The European Union’s Judicial Cooperation Unit,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

I would like documentation regarding the sanctions that the European Union can impose on the judicial prevarication in a member country, and also if Spain has given this case since the Spanish government is presumably influencing the judges who instruct cases against Catalan separatists for that their verdicts do not reflect the truth.

Yours faithfully,

Jordi Massey Figols
