Sec Gen: TiO2 lobbying
Dear Secretariat General of the European Commission,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, and further to 2019/1361, I would like to request a list of all lobby meetings held with the Secretariat General, since 8 March 2019, where the classification of titanium dioxide (TiO2) was discussed. The list should include the names of the individuals and organisations attending; the date; and any agendas / minutes / notes produced. I would additionally like to receive any position papers, emails, or other correspondence which relates to the classification of titanium dioxide (TiO2).

Your application is currently being handled. However, we will not be in a
position to complete the handling of your application within the time
limit of 15 working days, which
expires on 10.10.2019.
An extended time limit is needed as the handling of your application could
not yet becompleted at this stage.
Therefore, we have to extend the time limit with 15 working days in
accordance with Article 7(3) of Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 regarding
