SEDE delegation report on Mozambique
Dear European Parliament,
I am writing to request information under the provisions of the EU’s regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 regarding public access to European Parliament, Council and Commission documents.
Please provide me with the following information:
1.- All the preparatory documents produced for the visit of an MEP delegation of the Subcommittee on Security and Defense (SEDE) to Mozambique in September 2022.
2.- A comprehensive list of all the people met and the places visited by the MEP delegation of the Subcommittee on Security and Defense (SEDE) when they were in Mozambique in September 2022.
3.- All briefings and minutes of the meetings in which any of the members of the MEP delegation of the Subcommittee on Security and Defense (SEDE) participated during their visit to Mozambique in September 2022.
4.- The report's final version that the Subcommittee on Security and Defense (SEDE) produced after the MEP delegation trip to Mozambique in September 2022.
I would appreciate if you could provide the requested information in electronic format, if possible.
Also, I would like to clarify that I prefer you produce the documents on a rolling basis. At no point should the Commission’s search for—or deliberations concerning—certain documents delay the production of others that the Commission has already retrieved and elected to produce.
In the event that my request is denied, please explain the denial or all deletions of the regulations that refer to specific exemptions. Also, I expect the partial release of documents, in case of partial exemption according to Article 4.6.
I reserve my right to appeal.
Please, confirm having received this application. I look forward to your reply within 15 business days, according to the regulation.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Sincerely,
Cécile Marchand
