Dear Secretariat General of the European Commission,

Please pass this on to the person who reviews confirmatory applications.

I am filing the following confirmatory application with regards to my access to documents request registered on 04/09/2018 under reference number GestDem 2018/4682, as well as the one registered on
13/08/2018 under reference number GestDem 2018/4357. I file the application in combination because the two requests are very similar.

For both requests I just find it very difficult to believe that not a single written record exists of what was said during the six meetings president Juncker had or during the seminar of the college of commissioners.

Looking at photos which the Commission published on its website of the seminar, one can see papers. Are all of them out of scope of my request then?

Looking forward to your reply.

A full history of my requests and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.asktheeu.org/en/request/semi...
and https://www.asktheeu.org/en/request/junc...

All the best
Peter Teffer

Dear Mr Teffer,

I refer to your email of 13 September 2018, registered on the same day, by
which you submit a confirmatory application in accordance with Article
7(2) of Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 regarding public access to European
Parliament, Council and Commission documents (‘Regulation 1049/2001’).

Your confirmatory application is currently being handled. Unfortunately,
we have not yet been able to gather all the elements needed to carry out a
full analysis of your request and to take a final decision. Therefore, we
