Sex work
Dear Economic and Financial Affairs,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
Any and all (preparatory) documents concerning, discussing or relating to sex work, in particular documents discussing the legal status of sex work(ers):
- The classification of prostitution as work and/or labour?
- European Parliament's position on legalizing sex work
- Sex workers' fundamental rights and freedoms
- Sex work in relation to human trafficking
Yours faithfully,
Lisa Hoekman
Dear Economic and Financial Affairs,
I have not yet received a response to my request from the 21st of november 2022. A response would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
Just to be thorough, I have included my initital request:

Dear Ms. Hoekman,
We have reattributed your query to another Directorate-General more appropriate to respond.
However, we can see in the system that the other office has asked you to provide your postal address. In the event of non-provision, the request is usually closed.
Maybe this has happened in your case.
Please note that you can submit a request for access to Commission documents via the portal 'Request a Commission document', which does not require you to indicate
your postal address. (https://ec.europa.eu/transparency/docume...)
If you have any further questions, we are at your disposal.
Best regards,

Dear [email address],
Thanks for your reply. I am not sure what happened then, but it is possible I missed the request for my postal adress. I am quite willing to provide that information, if that is still an option.
My adress is:
Populierenlaan 99, 9741HC, Groningen, The Netherlands.
Yours sincerely,
Lisa Hoekman
Dear Ms. Hoekman,
In that case, we recommend to create a new request.
We asked for your request to be reattributed to DG EMPL or DG JUST, as DG ECFIN most likely has no material on the matter.
Thus, we would suggest to directly steer the new request in this direction.
Have a nice day and best regards,
