Smuggling Illicit Cigarettes in Ireland 2011-2013
Dear European Police Office,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
1) The total value of illicit cigarettes smuggled into Ireland in 2013, 2012, 2011
2) The total value of illicit cigarettes smuggled into Northern Ireland in 2013, 2012, 2011
3) The list of ports/airports where the smuggled illicit cigarattes were seized in Ireland from 2011- 2013
4) The origin of the illicit cigarettes smuggled into Ireland from 2011-2013
5)The amount of Irish citizens prosecuted for smuggling illicit cigarettes from 2011-2013
