Stakeholder comments re services notifications
Dear Internal Market, Industry, Entrepreneurship and SMEs,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
- all comments provided to the Commission by stakeholders concerning incoming notifications regarding services, since March 2020.
The background for this request is as follows:
the Commission has recently started to publishing all incoming notifications regarding services (on its website https://ec.europa.eu/internal_market/imi...) and is inviting stakeholders to provide comments on these notifications. Following a previous FOI request submitted in March this year, two such comments were released to us (both from February 2020). This gave us an important insights into the functioning of the Commission's new mechanism around services notifications. We are now requesting access to comments that were received since March 2020.
Yours faithfully,
Olivier Hoedeman
