State aid: total aid under G.B.E.R. 800/2008

Estamos a la espera de que Raymond Purchase lea una respuesta reciente y de que actualice el estado.

Dear Competition (COMP),

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

Under Article 11 of G.B.E.R. annual expenditure must be reported to DG Comp.

Please can you tell me the total reported expenditure under the GBER between 1.1.2009 and 31.12.2013?

If possible could it also be broken down by each year.

The point of asking for this data is to understand how helpful the G.B.E.R. has been to all the countries in the EU and EFTA since it came in. Any other relevant data gratefully received.

Yours faithfully,

Raymond Purchase
