Status - type certification of the JS1 Sailplane
Dear European Aviation Safety Agency,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which will allow me validate or invalidate claims that type certification of the JS1 M&D Single based on the Jonkers JS1 Sailplane is imminent.
I am NOT requesting technical information about the design of the aircraft type. Nor do I seek to influence the Agency's internal decision-making process concerning the type certification of this aircraft.
Yours faithfully,
Rian Monnahan

Dear European Aviation Safety Agency,
Please pass this on to the person who reviews confirmatory applications.
I am filing the following confirmatory application with regards to my access to documents request 'Status - type certification of the JS1 Sailplane'.
I received via e-mail a "response" from your legal council, Mr. Manuthu, who although he provided with a great deal of detail on the certification process did NOT address my query. As I see it, Mr. Manutu So far, the A to muddy the water by providing extraneous information.
A full history of my request and all correspondence is available upon request. I would be happy to post this information to the general public but the Agency's legal council makes this difficult by responding via pdf files which cannot easily be copied to this site.
Yours faithfully,
Rian Monnahan

So far, the Agency has not addressed my request but instead has attempted to muddy the water by first referring to a previous request and by providing extraneous information unrelated to my query.
