Dear Justice and Consumers,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

- a list of meetings of DG JUST officials and/or representatives (including the Commissioner and the Cabinet) and representatives of individual companies, including lobby consultancies and law firms, and/or industry associations, in which the upcoming supply chain due diligence legislation was discussed, and where the discussions touched on China and in particular, the Xinjiang region (between January 2020 and now)

- minutes and other reports of these meetings;

- all correspondence (including emails) between DG JUST officials and/or representatives (including the Commissioner and the Cabinet) and representatives of individual companies (including lobby consultancies and law firms) and/or industry associations, in which the upcoming supply chain due diligence legislation was discussed, and where the discussions touched on China and in particular, the Xinjiang region (between January 2020 and today).

- all correspondence (including emails) between DG JUST officials and/or representatives (including the Commissioner and the Cabinet) and representatives of EU member states to discuss the upcoming supply chain due diligence legislation, where the discussions touched on China and in particular, the Xinjiang region (between January 2020 and today).

- all correspondence (including emails) between DG JUST officials and/or representatives (including the Commissioner and the Cabinet) and representatives of the Chinese government, its mission to the EU or any third-party agencies representing the Chinese government, to discuss the upcoming supply chain due diligence legislation and in particular the issue of Xinjiang.
