Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

There is a strong interest among European consumer protection and civil society organisations to get a better understanding of the situation on the implementation of Regulation (EU) 2015/2120 in their home countries. This information is highly relevant to give informed testimony in the ongoing consultation about the evaluation of the application of Regulation (EU) 2015/2120 and the BEREC Net Neutrality Guidelines. Therefore, this matter is time critical and we would welcome if BEREC could share the responses of the member states. If these documents contain sensible or private information, we would ask BEREC to remove this information and release all non-sensitive information.
