Dear Mr Hooker,
Thank you for your interest in EASA and for your email. For any further
requests to the Agency, please use only the
[1]https://www.easa.europa.eu/contact-us form, which helps to make sure
that your request can be properly registered and processed without delay.
EASA is responsible (competent authority) for the approval of Part-145
maintenance organisations for which the principle place of business (PPB)
is outside the territory of the EU, in accordance with Regulation (EC)
216/2008. The User Guides (UGs) that you are mentioning in your request
are only applicable to those organisations having their PPB outside the EU
MS.
You can find an overview on the Part-145 Maintenance Organisations
approved by EASA on our website at
[2]https://www.easa.europa.eu/easa-and-you/...
The approval and oversight of Part 145 Organisations within the EASA
Member States is a responsibility of the National Aviation Authorities
(NAAs).
EASA is not aware about EU MS authorities mandating the mentioned UGs and
therefore cannot provide the listing that you have requested.
The complete overview of the EASA Member States and related NAAs is
available on the EASA website under
