Dear Consumers, Health and Food Executive Agency,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
- a list of meetings of DG health officials and/or representatives (including the Commissioner and the Cabinet) and representatives of individual companies, including lobby consultancies and law firms, and/or industry associations, in regards to the negotiation about the TPD;
- minutes and other reports of these meetings;
- all correspondence (including emails) between DG health officials and/or representatives (including the Commissioner and the Cabinet) and representatives of individual companies (including lobby consultancies and law firms) and/or industry associations, in regards to the negotiations on TPD.

Many thanks for your email.
Chafea has not been involved in the negotiation of the TPD.
The Agency is entrusted by the Commission to implement the EU Health
Programme, the Consumer Programme, Better Training for Safer Food
initiative (BTSF) and the Promotion of Agriculture Products
Programme.Regarding the Health Programme, the Agency has to manage some or
all the phases of programme implementation and stages in the lifetime of
projects; it shall monitor the projects, making the necessary checks and
recovery procedures, and preforming the budget implementation task; and
provide support in the programme implementation.
Therefore, the negotiation of the TPD is beyond our tasks.
