Transitional allowances and pensions

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, and further to Gestdem 2016/4227, I am requesting documents which contain a list of Barroso II Commission members who receive:
a. the transitional allowance
b. a Commission pension

Dear Mrs Cann,
Thank you for your e-mail dated 05/10/2016. We hereby acknowledge

Your application is currently being handled. However, we will not be in a
position to complete the handling of your application within the time

An extended time limit is needed as your application concerns documents

Dear Secretariat General,
Thanks for this list. The list says that the listed former commissioners are entitled to a TA or pension. My request was about those who actually receive a TA or pension. Please can you clarify that the list you have given me is a list of those ex-Barroso II Commissioners who will receive a TA or pension in November 2016?
