Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, and under the same circumstances and with the same arguments put forward in requests GESTDEM 2016/5975, 2016/6006, 2016/6010, 2016/6050, I hereby request the following documents:

The travel expenses of Commissioner Moedas, for the period 1 January to 29 February 2016, as contained in the relevant mission summary fiches/settlement of mission expenses.

The time limit to receive a response for my request (reference GESTDEM 2017/420) expired yesterday and I haven't been informed about the causes of the delay or possible extensions of the time limit.

Dear Secretariat General of the European Commission,

I have yet to hear from you regarding my request for access to EU documents, which was registered
on 25/01/2017 under GESTDEM 2017/420 reference.

I am submitting a formal complaint under both Regulation 1049/2001 and the Code of Good Administrative Behaviour on the failure to either acknowledge/register my request and the failure to respond within the stipulated time frames of Regulation 1049/2001.

I look forward to receiving an update about the status of my request immediately and at most within 10 working days.
