Dear Secretariat General of the European Commission,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents in which the decision of reaching a first agreement with the pharmaceutical company AstraZeneca to purchase a potential vaccine against COVID-19 is based. Also, documents reflecting the output/conclusions or drawn up after the exploratory talks with Sanofi-GSK, Johnson & Johnson, CureVac and Moderna.
