Violence against human and environmental rights' defenders in Honduras

La respuesta a esta solicitud está muy retrasada. Servicio europeo de acción exterior ya debería haber respondido (detalles). Puedes apelar pidiendo una revisión interna.

Dear European External Action Service,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

- All correspondence (email, letter exchanges) with other EU institutions (including the Council of the European Union, the European Parliament, the European Commission) and EU missions abroad) about the ongoing violence against human rights and environmental rights' defenders in Honduras since 1st March 2016 - in particular in relation to the assassination of Berta Caceres and the incarceration of Mexican activist Gustavo Castro Soto (the only witness of Berta Caceres' murder).

We are looking forward to receiving these documents, and in the meantime we remain available for any further detail about our request you might need.

Yours faithfully,

Natacha Cingotti
