Working documents from EP internal services on TCO before trilogues
Dear European Parliament,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
- All internal working documents that would not have been made public containing comments, legal analysis, drafting suggestions and presentation materials (powerpoint, etc.) from LIBE Secretariat, EPRS, and EP Legal Service on the proposal for a Regulation on preventing the dissemination of terrorist content online (COM(2018) 640 final), between 12 September 2018 and 9 October 2019.
If available, I'm also requesting a French version of each of these documents.
Please note that I am requesting access only to anonymised documents without personally identifiable information.

Dear Mr Le Querrec,
Further to your application under [1]Regulation (EC) No
1049/2001, requesting public access to internal working documents
containing comments, legal analysis, drafting suggestions and presentation
materials concerning the proposal for a Regulation on preventing the
dissemination of terrorist content online, Parliament has published, on
its Public Register, 26 documents related to the legislative procedure
2018/0331 (COD), which led to the approval of Regulation (EU) 2021/784.

menu on the right. They include 4 Trilogue negotiation tables, of which
