Dear Council of the European Union,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting the minutes, summaries of procedings, and presentations from the "Access to Covid-19 vaccines via COVAX and the EU Emergency Support Instrument
- Information from the Commission" agenda item discussed in the Working Party on Public Health in its 1 September 2020 meeting.

I would also like to receive all versions discussed of the "Draft Council conclusions on COVID-19 lessons learned in health" and all minutes, summaries of procedings, and presentations from when it was discussed in the working party meetings of 29 October, 4 November, and 13 November 2020.

Finally, I would like to know if any third parties (other than EU institutions and member state officials) attended any of the working party meetings in 2020-21.

I would be happy to receive the documentation as it becomes available, rather than all in one go once everything is complete.

Secretariat of the Council does not hold any document containing "minutes,
summaries of proceedings, and presentations from the "Access to Covid-19
vaccines via COVAX and the EU Emergency Support Instrument - Information
from the Commission" agenda item discussed in the Working Party on Public
Health in its 1 September 2020 meeting."

 

We have noticed however that there are two public documents related to the
access to Covid-19 vaccines via COVAX; ST 12097/20 and 12636/20. Please
find attached these two documents.
