Dear
, thanks for coming back to me so quickly. I’m checking with Dublin as to
which date and hope they can respond as quickly as you did!! The event is to last no
more than 90 minutes so if you had availability for that timeframe that would be great.

Dear
Apologies for the slow response. I’m happy to accept this.
At the moment, 17 and 20, and 21 September in the afternoon are all free. Would one
of these work for you?
Grateful if you could also indicate how much time I should reserve for this.

Subject: Irish DSA/DMA Event
Dear
, before you head off on your well deserved summer break I have a
request for you. Dublin are organising an online event on the DSA & DMA in
early/mid Sept. The event will be hosted by Minister of State for Trade
Promotion, Digital and Company Regulation Robert Troy. Given your extensive
excellent knowledge of both the DSA and DMA the Minister has asked if you
would be available to participate in the event as a Panellist. Given your busy
schedule they are flexible on dates so if you could give some dates/times which
suit you they can work around this. The structure of the event would be a Panel
Discussion followed by a Q & A. The other panellists will be an Irish MEP, a
representative body for Irish start-ups and a representative body for larger
companies.
If you’ve any further questions/details you require about the event do please let
me know.
I look forward to hearing from you.
