Dear
We kindly ask you to keep the delegation to a minimum. I wil need everyone’s name, surname and
passport number to establish a so-called V-pass which each participant wil need to show to the
guards at the entrance. I wil have the passes sent to your email address and you can take it from
there. Furthermore, al participants need to show proof of vaccination, recent recovery or a negative
PCR test. Thanks.
Kind regards,

Thanks in advance,

Dear Christiane, dear Werner,
I hope you're both doing wel!
I'm reaching out to request an in-person meeting with you and
, Google's
will be in Brussels from 1-3 December, as a part of wider trip to
Europe. He'd be absolutely delighted to meet with you and continue discussing
the EU tech policy agenda, following the virtual conversations before the
summer. It'd also be a good opportunity to debrief from the discussion between
EVP Vestager and Sundar Pichai.
Could you please let me know if you'd be interested and available in the
afternoon of 1 or 2 December, or in the morning of 3 December?
Thanks in advance for considering.
