Dear Mr/Ms Ambri, 
 
In reference to your application registered on 06 October 2022, for which the time-limit has been extended by 15 
working days on 27 October 20221, asking for access to 
As part of its return operations in Hungary, Frontex monitors the correct implementation of return procedures 
by the Hungarian authorities. I am requesting documents which contain the following information  
- operational reports (either by staff deployed in returns from Hungary or by independent monitors) 
- complaints filed against staff deployed by Hungarian authorities 
- serious incident reports 
- copies of communication of any other type to the Agency on alleged violations of fundamental rights.  
 
The timeline for this data should cover the period from January 1st 2020 until today.  
 
As further clarified and confirmed by you 
 
the application applies to documents containing the following elements: a) return procedures + b) conducted 
by the Hungarian authorities + c) monitored by Frontex d) and in Hungary between 01 January 2020 and 30 
September 2022. 

Regarding indent 1, please find the identified documents herewith attached with limited parts thereof falling under 
exceptions  under  Article  4  of  Regulation  (EC)  No  1049/2001  and  therefore  had  to  be  expunged  with  detailed 
justifications in the attached legend. 
Regarding indents 2, 3, and 4, please be informed that Frontex does not hold any documents. 
 
Subject to any intellectual property rights of third parties, the document/s may be reused provided that the source 
is acknowledged and that the original meaning or message of the document/s is not distorted. Frontex is not liable
