Dear Ms. Hancock
We acknowledge receipt of your email dated 07/11/2023 to have public access to the following
documents:
•
The names of all travel agencies EUIPO has awarded contracts since the agency's
inception in 1994.
•
All minutes, agendas, summary, correspondence, memos and any other reports
drafted and received and sent by EUIPO between relating to the above contracts.
•
The number of times the agency’s services were used by officials including the current
executive director João Negrão (then president of the Boards of Appeal), his
predecessor and deputy executive director Andrea Di Cardlo between 1 April 2021 and
12 July 2023, broken down by each individual.
•
All minutes, agendas, summary, correspondence, memos and any other reports
drafted and received and sent by EUIPO between January 1, 2022 and 12 July 2023
relating to the above missions, including confirmation of how and by whom the
missions were funded.
We wil analyse your petition in line with the provisions of Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 of
the European Parliament and of the Council, of 30 May 2001, regarding public access to
European Parliament, Council and Commission documents.
