I refer to your e-mail of 23 July 2024, registered on 24 July 2024 by the BEREC Office under 
the  above-mentioned  ARES  reference  number,  by  which  you  submitted  an  application  for 
access  to  documents  in  accordance  with  Regulation  (EC)  No  1049/2001  regarding  public 
access  to  European  Parliament,  Council  and  Commission  documents  (“Regulation 
1049/2001”). 
Your request refers to “All documents - including but not limited to correspondence, emails, 
minutes,  notes  (hand  written  or  electronic),  audio  or  video  recordings,  verbatim  reports, 
operational conclusions, lines to take, briefings, and presentations - related to the meeting on 
2024-01-30 between Roberto Viola and Google.”  
I would like to inform you that the BEREC Office does not hold any documents corresponding 
to the description given in your application. Additionally, I would like to note that the meeting 
to which you are referring in your request  has not  been a part of  BEREC or  BEREC Office 
activities. We are, therefore, unable to handle your application.

may,  within  15  working  days,  make  a  confirmatory  application  asking  the  BEREC  Office  to
