Hi Elzbieta,
They are set for adoption on 14 November and we could send it out via the agency helpdesk immediately afterwards if possible, we would have trouble writing to every agency separately.
All the best,
René

Dear Mr Slootjes,
Last time we were in touch you kindly replied me that:
"The communication is there and is ready for adoption, we are waiting for the green light of our cabinet to launch the procedure. Adoption will probably be in October (but you never know). Afterwards the text will be sent out to all EU bodies for information."
Could you tell me whether the communication is adopted and if so whether our HR AGENCY HELPDESK needs to send the document to the EU bodies or you meant sending it directly?
Thank you for your kind reply.
Best regards,
Elzbieta Carbajal-Medero

Dear Elzbieta,
The Coordination of agencies was recently informed that DG HR has developed guidelines on “Whistleblowers” which will be adopted in November. Agencies would be interested in these guidelines and I would therefore like to ask you if it is possible to circulate them to agencies as soon as they are available.
Thanking you in advance and with kind regards,
Antje
