3/12/2010 meeting between the US, the Commission and the Belgian Presidency concerning the 1993 Hague Convention (intercountry adoption)

La demande est réussie.

Dear Secretariat General (SG),

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

all documents, such as minutes, correspondence (including e-mails} and phone logs, related to the meeting that took place on 3 December 2010 between the US, the Commission and the Belgian Presidency concerning the 1993 Hague Convention (intercountry adoption).

This meeting was a follow-up of the discussions held in the margins of the 2010 Hague Convention Evaluation Meeting, where the EU (represented by the Commission, the Council Secretariat and the Spanish Presidency) held informal talks with the USA representatives, in order to verify possibilities to finance initiatives aimed at encouraging third States to accede to 1993 Hague Convention and/or helping them at implementing it
properly.

Yours faithfully,

Arun Dohle

August reduziert; Ihre Anträge auf Zugang zu Dokumenten werden dennoch so
schnell wie möglich bearbeitet. Allerdings können Verzögerungen auftreten,
insbesondere wenn die Berarbeitung der Anträge die Konsultierung der
