Your application for access to documents – Ref GestDem No 2017/5832
Dear Ms. Reda,
We refer to your request via the AsktheEU.org website dated 25/09/2017 in which you
make a request for access to documents, registered on 26/09/2017 under the above-
mentioned reference number1.
We understand that you requested access to the following documents: "
one copy of each
study pertaining to the topic of copyright and related topics, commissioned, ordered,
tendered or received since 2013. If the final version of a study has not been received yet,
the name, title and date should be enough."
We regret to inform you that DG TRADE does not hold any documents that would
correspond to that description.
As specified in Article 2(3) of Regulation 1049/2001, the right of access as defined in
that regulation applies only to existing documents in the possession of the institution.
Given that no such documents, corresponding to the description given in your
application, are held by DG TRADE, we are not in a position to handle your request.
1 The initial request was sent on 25/09/2017, attributed to DG Connect and registered under GestDem

09/10/2017 with the GestDem No 2017/5832
