Dear colleagues,
As you know, Article 29 of the new NFR requires the MS to lay down the rules on penalties
applicable to infringements of the provisions of this Regulation. It also requires MS to notify
those provisions to the Commission by 1 January 2018.
Can you pls proceed with the notification ASAP?
