Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
List of meetings, and/or minutes of those meetings, and/or list of participants in those meetings, between any TAXUD officials and third parties/lobbyists where the update of the 4th Anti Money Laundering Directive was discussed.

Before deciding whether or not to file a confirmatory application, I would like to know if your reply means that no meetings were held between DG TAXUD staff and third parties on the update of the 4AMLD?

As regards your follow up question as to whether there were any meetings between TAXUD staff and third parties on the update of the 4AMLD, we would like to inform you that we have no records of any such meetings.
