Dear Ms Malmström,
On 20 November, the Development and Peace Foundation (sef:) and CIDSE – The
International Alliance of Catholic Development Agencies – hosted this year’s sef: Policy
Lunch at the Representation of the State of North-Rhine-Westphalia to the EU.
Following the Geneva negotiations on a possible binding legal instrument for business and
human rights, it asked “Is the window of opportunity still open? State of the negotiations
on a UN Treaty on Business and Human Rights”.
