1. Welcome and adoption of the agenda
The Chair welcomed the participants and the draft agenda was adopted.
2. Tour de Table - Analysis of the contributions on the reorganisation of the
EDPB subgroups
Remarks, comments, suggestions
The Coordinators of the subgroups had no specific remarks on the document. The importance of the
use of the videoconference was emphasized.
3. Discussion on specific topics based on the analysis
The group exchanged views on the different topics and questions of the analysis paper per subgroup
(SG).

Positive trend with regard to the general remarks on EDPB level.
4. Coordination of a subgroup: Best practices
Short exchange of views
The Coordinators of the subgroups agreed that they will benefit from learning each other’s best
practices, in particular with respect to the saving and economy of time. It should be reflected on
how to coordinate and to learn from each other. The proposal has been done to send a sort of
“survey” with several questions to collect those best practices.
5. To-do
1. An updated document on the reorganisation of the subgroups will be submitted to the FOP SG
and the Plenary.
2. The eGovernment SG and the Technology SG will liaise together in order to find a solution
regarding their respective mandates.
3. The eGovernment SG and the Social Media SG will provide their input after their meetings with
the members.
