1. Adoption of the Agenda and minutes of last meeting
The agenda is adopted. The minutes were adopted in writing.
2. Follow-up to the EDPB Plenary meetings
The previous Plenary gave a mandate to the Cooperation subgroup to work on guidelines on how to
proceed with cases under cooperation and consistency procedures in case of no-deal Brexit.
The existing mandate on local cases was expanded to cover the section of the draft guidelines which
address a number of preliminary steps and concepts that are relevant for case handling in general.
3. Presentation of the new cooperation tool, Confluence
The SEC presents Confluence, the tool to serve as knowledge base, as requested by the Cooperation
ESG. The IT users ESG accepted Confluence as the best tool available for this purpose. The Plenary still
needs to endorse Confluence, which is expected to happen at the March Plenary. The current plan is
to go live in April. All members of the Cooperation ESG are invited to provide feedback today or after
the meeting.
Regarding the space dedicated to the Cooperation ESG, the coordinator of the ESG and the secretariat
will manage this together.
4. International cooperation, Article 50

5. Discussion about the most frequent problems with the use of IMI
The secretariat presents a number of frequent issues and problems with the use of IMI based on
preliminary analysis.
The secretariat invites all SAs to send all feedback to the IMI-helpdesk, both practical and legal. Legal
questions which need to be resolved will be sent on to Cooperation ESG for discussion.
6. Documents to be translated when uploading cases into IMI
The
introduces some practical points regarding translations of documents to be
uploaded into IMI. The topic will be further discussed in April.

8. Guidelines for procedures under Article 64 (2) and (3)
The expert subgroup has limited time to discuss this item and rapporteurs invited the members to
send written comments by 8 March.
9. Brexit – guidelines on how to proceed with cases under cooperation
procedures in case of no-deal Brexit – 45 min
The draft paper is intended as an internal paper to deal with certain practical issues,
The Cooperation ESG agrees that a public statement is needed in the near future on what happens to
cases where UK was lead.
The draft internal guidelines will be submitted for adoption at the March plenary .
