Dear Sir,
Subject:
Your application for access to documents – Ref GestDem No 2019/3526 - Initial
request - Documents on EUTF projects granted to Civipol
We refer to your e-mail dated 18/06/2019 at 18:46 (registered in our systems on 19/06/2019) in which
you make a request for access to documents related to the projects
•  T05-EUTF-SAH-NE-06  (Justice component of the AJUSEN project in Niger, dealt by
CIVIPOL)
•  T05-EUTF-SAH-SN-07 (CIVIPOL component of the civil registry project in Senegal)
•  T05-EUTF-SAH-ML-08 (CIVIPOL component of the civil registry project in Mali)

Your application is currently being handled. However, we will not be in a position to complete the
handling of your application within the time limit of 15 working days, expiring on 10/07/2019.
An extended time limit is needed as your application concerns three different projects with a very large
number of supporting documents, some of them quite long.
Therefore, we have to extend the time limit with 15 working days in accordance with Article 7(3) of
Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 regarding public access to documents. The new time limit expires on
31/07/2019.
We apologise for this delay and for any inconvenience this may cause.
Yours faithfully,
The EUTF Team
