Having regard to Regulation (EU) No 1291/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council
establishing Horizon 2020 - The Framework Programme for Research and Innovation (2014-2020)1,
Having regard to Regulation (EU) No 1290/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council laying
down the rules for participation and dissemination in Horizon 2020 - The Framework Programme for
Research and Innovation (2014-2020) (hereafter referred to as the “Rules for Participation”)2, and in
particular Article 15 thereof,
Having regard to Regulation (EU, Euratom) No 966/2012 of the European Parliament and of the
Council of 25 October 2012 on the financial rules applicable to the general budget of the Union3
(hereafter referred to as “the Financial Regulation”), and in particular Article 133(2) thereof,
Having  regard  to  the  Article  204  (5)  of  Commission  Delegated  Regulation  (EU,  Euratom)
No  1268/2012  of  29  October  2012  on  the  rules  of  application  of  Regulation  (EU,  Euratom)
No 966/2012 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the financial rules applicable to the
general budget of the Union4 (hereafter referred to as “the Rules of Application”),
Whereas:
An  evaluation  was  carried  out  pursuant  to  Articles  14  and  15  of  the  Rules  for  Participation,
Article 133(1) of the Financial Regulation and Article 204(1) of the Rules of Application.
The proposal was ranked as proposed for funding.
The  grant  preparation  phase  was  concluded  and  the  verifications  on  admissibility,  eligibility,
double funding, ethics, security, operational and financial capacity and non-exclusion were passed
successfully.
Therefore, the proposal should be awarded a grant,

I HEREBY DECIDE:
