documents, registered on 19/03/2020 under the above-mentioned reference number related to
the following meetings:
1. Between representatives of Royal Schiphol Group (Schiphol), Heathrow Airport
Holdings Limited (HAL), Neste Oyj, Shell Companies (Shell), World Economic
Forum (WEF)and cabinet member Diederik Samsom, of Executive Vice-President
Frans Timmermans' Cabinet on the 05/02/2020.
2. Between representatives of Royal Schiphol Group (Schiphol), Heathrow Airport
Holdings Limited (HAL), Shell Companies (Shell), Airports Council International -
European Region (ACI EUROPE) and Diederik Samsom, of Executive Vice-
President Frans Timmermans' cabinet on the 09/12/2019.
The relevant documents we are able to disclose are the following:
E-mail exchange in November 2020 between Schiphol Airport and the Cabinet of
Executive Vice-President Timmermans to organise a meeting in December 2019
(Ares(2020)1375864;
E-mail exchange in December 2020 between Schiphol Airport and the Cabinet of
Executive Vice-President Timmermans to organise a meeting in February 2020
(Ares(2020)1379074).
