We refer to your e-mail of 09 July 2020 in which you make a request for access to
documents, registered on the same day under the above-mentioned reference number.
You requested a list of meetings (including face to face, phone calls, conference calls etc.)
held by the Secretariat-General since 1 January 2019 with any of the following
organisations: Precheza, DEZA, Association of Chemical Industry of the Czech Republic
(SCHP ČR), Association of Paint Manufacturers of the Czech Republic (AVNH), Czech
Plastic Cluster, as well as related documents. In addition, you asked for any emails or other
correspondence sent to or received from any of the above organisations since 1 January
2019. As per your request, you will find attached a letter sent to the Secretariat-General on
behalf of 300 organisations, including the SCHP ČR, concerning titanium dioxide from
September 2019. We are not in a possession of any other documents responding to your
request.
Please note that some of the documents contain personal data that has been redacted
according to the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2018/17251) and
to the internal rules of procedure of the Commission. As your request does not express
any particular interest to have access to these personal data, and does not establish the
necessity to have the data transmitted, I conclude that access cannot be granted to these
personal data.
