Dear Mr Dohle,
Subject:
Your application for access to documents – GESTDEM 2020/4866
We refer to your e-mail of 14 August 2020 in which you make a request for access to
documents, registered under the above mentioned reference number. You ask for access
to the following document 'European Commission, DG JAI, Acquis of the European
Union under Title IV of the TEC, and Title VI of the TEU, November 2002' to which
you found a reference in another document.
Your application is currently being handled. However, we will not be in a position to
complete the handling of your application within the time limit of 15 working days, which
expires on 7 September 2020.
An extended time limit is needed as the document you are requesting is very old and time is
needed to search for it and verify if it is still available.
Therefore, we have to extend the time limit with 15 working days in accordance with
Article 7(3) of Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 regarding public access to documents. The
new time limit expires on 28 September 2020.
Yours faithfully,
(e-signed)
