Modelling potential scenarios for the “exit”
Many papers that are circulating are general. We are looking for tipping points, control points that
would trigger starting an exit strategy, or reversing. We need precise points to prepare a road map,
define control points (triggering return), regionalisation also needs to be considered – demographic
structure of regions, hospital capacity in the region.
