We refer to your e-mail of 17 September 2021, in which you make a request for access to
documents, registered on the same day under the above-mentioned reference number.
Your request reads as follows:
All documents—including but not limited to
correspondence, emails, minutes, notes (hand written or electronic), audio or video
recordings, verbatim reports, operational conclusions, lines to take, briefings, and
presentations—related to the meeting on September 14 between Katherine Power and
Peter Power and Gas Distributors for Sustainability.
We have identified two documents falling under the scope of your request, which you will
find attached: Briefing no. 423 and minutes of the meeting (FISMA/12504). Please note that
Gas Distributors for Sustainability shared with our services a White Paper that is publicly
available online on their website.
Please note that these documents were drawn up for internal use under the responsibility
of the relevant services of DG FISMA. They solely reflect the services’ interpretation,
including about the interventions made, and do not set out any official position of the
third parties to which the document refers, which were not consulted on their content.
