Eurostat n'avait pas les informations demandées.

Dear Eurostat,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

Birthplace location of my great-grandfather Nicola Fiorentino, born on March 11th, 1884.

Nicola was born in Italy and remained an Italian citizen until at least 1928 when my grandmother was born.

Yours faithfully,
Cory Teese

Dear Eurostat,
By law, I should have received a reply to my request by May 18th, 2022- yesterday. I'm aware there may be delays or difficulty obtaining information, though I would really appreciate receiving the information I requested. This information is very meaningful to me and my family.

Please reply to my request as soon as you can. Thank you.

Yours faithfully,

Cory Teese

Dear Madam, Dear Sir,

We have received a first request from you sent on 27 April 2022 via the
website AsktheEU (below attached) that was registered under Ref. GESTDEM
No 2022/2915. We replied to you asking for your postal address and that
was not answered. This was necessary to start handling your request in
line with the procedural requirements.

On 24 May 2022 a second identical request was sent by you via your
personal email address [5][email address] to RegDoc - mentioning your
postal address - and was registered under Ref. GESTDEM 2022/3006. The
deadline for replying will end on 17/06/2022.

We wish to inform you that as both requests are identical, we will close
GESTDEM 2022/2915 and deal with your request under GESTDEM 2022/3006. In
order to avoid any correspondence problem we kindly ask if you prefer to
use your personal address or the AsktheEU address mentioned above Cory
Teese <[6][FOI #11136 email]>?

Thank you for your cooperation.
