Access to Documents related to Hydrogen and CCS /CCUS

Nous attendons Elena Gerebizza de lire les réponses récentes et mettre à jour le statut.

Dear Internal Market, Industry, Entrepreneurship and SMEs,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, and referring to the 'Aarhus Regulation' (see note), I would herewith like to ask for access to the following:

1- all correspondence (including email) between 1st December 2018 and 12 July 2020 between Commissioner Breton and/or his cabinets and/or officials from the DG Grow on one hand and representatives from IOGP, Shell, the Global CCS Institute, Hydrogen Europe, Snam and Fleishman Hillard, in which the issue of hydrogen and or carbon capture and storage (CCS) were addressed.
2 - list of meetings between 1st December 2018 and 12 July 2020 between officials and representatives of DG Grow on one hand and representatives from IOGP, Shell, the Global CCS Institute, Hydrogen Europe, Snam and Fleishman Hillard on the other, in which issue of hydrogen and or carbon capture and storage (CCS) were addressed.
3 - minutes of the meetings mentioned above
I would like to make clear I prefer you produce the documents on a rolling basis.
At no point should the Commission’s search for—or deliberations concerning—certain documents delay the production of others that the Commission has already retrieved and elected to produce.

To the extent possible, we prefer the documents in electronic format. Documents that cannot be sent in electronic format should be sent to Re:Common, via dei Sardi 28, 00185 Rome, Italy.
Should my request be denied wholly or partially, please explain the denial or all deletions referring to specific exemptions in the regulation. Also I expect the partial release of documents, in case of partial exemption according to article 4.6.
I reserve the right to appeal.
Please confirm having received this application. I look forward to your reply within 15 business days, according to the regulation.
Thank you for your assistance.

Yours faithfully,

Elena Gerebizza

Dear Internal Market, Industry, Entrepreneurship and SMEs,

Thanks for your response.
The fact that you are asking me to narrow the scope two months after my original request, it is already an unacceptable delay.
Please notice that my request concerns a very limited number of actors: IOGP, Shell, the Global CCS Institute, Hydrogen Europe, Snam and Fleishman Hillard and not a general one like the 'gas industry'. My interest is to see the meetings and correspondence between those actors and DG GROW on the issues of hydrogen, CCS and CCUS, and is not for me to determine in relation with which piece of legislation or policy.
I'd really appreciate a prompt reaction to this message,
