Dear Human Resources and Security,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

Information about children (half UK Citezen half Romanian citezen) and if it’s legal or illegal to adopt her. Romanian laws say it’s illegal but she was born in the United Kingdom and registered in the United Kingdom aswell but
If it’s illegal how do I book appointment? and who do I book the appointment with? will it stop someone trying to take her away from the family?

Yours faithfully,
Vikki howells
