Dear Sir,

Firstly my apologies for the delay in replying to your request.

I have found 17 judgments concerning the directives on misleading advertising. There are also cases concerning misleading business practices, but, as your request is very general, I do not know if you are also interested in such cases. You may search the Court's case law on line using the search form on our website www.curia.europa.eu If you click on the button directly to the left of the "search" button you will be able to access a form which allows you to search using specific terms. If you search using "misleading advertising" (you must put inverted commas around the term you are looking for) you can then access the cases containing the relevant phrase.
