Aliance pro rodinu - possible connections to other organisations or politicians
Dear Permanent Representation of Czech Republic to the EU,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
1. Any connections of Czech organization Aliance pro rodinu to any of the following organisations: Ordo Iuris, Inštitút pre ľudské práva a rodinnú politiku, Alapjogokért Központ, U ime obitelji, CitizenGo, Demo für Alle.
2. Any connections or collaborations between Aliance pro rodinu and Ministerstvo práce a sociálních věcí České republiky (Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs of the Czech republic).
3. Any connections of Václav Král (MP for ODS) and Pavel Blažek (Minister for Justice) to Aliance pro rodinu.

Your request refers to the Regulation No 1049/2001 of the European
Parliament and of the Council regarding public access to European
Parliament, Council and Commission documents. This Regulation formulates
principles, conditions and limits for the right of access to documents of
the institutions.
Let us please recall that the scope of the Regulation is limited only to
the documents of certain EU institutions (i.e. documents drawn up or
received by them) and does not cover other kinds of documents.
We would like to inform you that the Permanent Representation of the Czech
Republic does not posses any documents of such a kind relative to your
request.
Should you need any further information we would like to advise you to
contact the relevant EU institutions.
