The Altiero Spinelli (ASP) building of the European Parliament in Brussels is being renovated. I am seeking information on who was awarded the contract (and if possible, a copy of that contract), the amount awarded, and the name of any law firm that represents those awarded the contract.

As a follow-up of our previous reply to your application, and in order to
complete it with further detail, Parliament hereby grants public access to
the contract award decision concerning the public procurement for the
renovation of the spaces occupied by its Members in the Parliament
buildings in Brussels. Enclosed please find the document.

 

In this document you can see the break-down on how the total value of the
contract is distributed. You can see that, in particular, less than 11
million euro is the amount allocated for the renovation works
strictu-sensu. The document has been redacted in order to preserve the
protection of the personal data that appears in it.

 

On this basis, Parliament considers your application as handled and the
file closed. Should you have any new requests for specific Parliament
