Amazon on contact tracing apps
Dear Secretariat General of the European Commission,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
- Detailed minutes of the meeting held on May 19th 2020 between Werner Stengg (cabinet member of Margrethe Vestager), and a representative from Amazon.
- All documentation (including but not limited to: email correspondence, attendance lists, agendas, background papers, and additional notes) related to the above meeting, as well as any correspondence exchanged subsequent to the meeting between the two parties.
- Any and all documentation (including but not limited to: email correspondence, attendance lists, agendas, background papers, and additional notes) exchanged between Amazon and the European Commission on the subject of contact tracing applications, since January 1st 2020.
