Dear Human Resources and Security (HR),

Please find hereunder additional details for points B and C:
At the last paragraph of this link you will find a Parliamentary Question on Poem competition.
http://www.europarl.europa.eu/sides/getD...

Under the same link you will find reply of Madame V. Reding, submitting MEPs for the poem competition point to FRA.
See the reply of Madame Reding here:
http://www.europarl.europa.eu/sides/getA...

Some time ago Madame Reding criticized FRA for trying to put Fundamental Rights Charter in rimes and following that criticism via press intervention the poem competition was canceled. See here http://euobserver.com/justice/29972

See also the original intention of FRA here http://euobserver.com/justice/29798

May I ask additional information how the provisions that of the Code you mentioned will be able to deal with my request to access documents and information?

Yours faithfully,

Mariano Delgado
